Transcribe AITerms of Use

1. The service
The app records audio and converts speech to text and notes on your device. Transcriptions and AI-generated summaries may contain mistakes; review them before relying on them. Do not use the app for emergency, medical or legal decisions without checking the original audio.
2. Recording laws
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law before recording other people.
3. Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchase
- Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription (billed by Google Play) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- The yearly plan may include a free trial or an introductory price for new subscribers. When the trial or introductory period ends, the regular price is charged unless you cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Use “Restore purchases” to restore Pro on a new device with the same Google account.
- Pro Credits and rewarded-ad unlocks apply to a single feature on a single recording and have no cash value.
4. Your content
Your recordings and notes belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for backing them up (for example by exporting).
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or use the app to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
