Delete your data

Transcribe AI (com.theyourlist.transcribeai, by TheYourList) has no user accounts and keeps your recordings, transcripts and notes only on your phone.

Delete recordings and notes

  1. Open a recording › ⋮ › Delete (or long-press menu on the list), or
  2. Uninstall the app: this removes all recordings, notes, AI models and the Vault from the device.

Delete analytics data

Email ryantruong.2512@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data – Transcribe AI”. Because analytics is anonymous, include the app-instance ID shown in Settings if possible. We delete the associated Firebase Analytics data within 30 days. Analytics data is otherwise deleted automatically after 14 months. You can also turn analytics off at any time in Settings › Privacy choices.

Advertising data

Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads. Unity Ads data requests: see Unity’s privacy policy.
